Q: When you need creative inspiration, where do you go?
Brit:
I find that switching activities helps me. So if I’m stumped for words or find it hard to write, I do art or graphic design for awhile and it seems to “reboot” the creative writing side of my brain.

Darby:
I seem to turn to my collection of DVDs and pull out a favorite to watch. It is usually something historical and, if possible, of the same mood or setting as the book I am working on. If it’s a really bad case, I’ll do a marathon, or watch an entire series.
